1. At EduHire (VR Consulting Services), we strive to provide reliable and transparent recruitment services for both faculty and institutions. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or refunds are required.
For Faculty (Subscribers):
1.Subscription plans purchased by faculty are non-transferable.
2.No refunds will be processed once the faculty profile has already been promoted or accessed by institutions.
For Institutions/Organizations (Subscribers):
1.Subscription fees paid by organizations are non-refundable once access to premium features (faculty searches, scheduling, or support services) has been granted.
2.Cancellations requested before activation of the subscription may be considered for a partial refund after deduction of processing charges.
3.In case of duplicate transactions, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
General Conditions:
1.All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@eduhire.net within 7 days of the transaction.
2.EduHire reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on terms of service and usage records.
3.Processing fees, taxes, and third-party payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
